Letter Of Reference For A Hairstylist

NOTE

Poetry and the Sea

Poetry and the sea seem to have significant traits in common, especially in terms of expression. Both of the other the fact possess' exceptional ability to effectively represent the motions the human soul.
The sea - which sometimes assails us with its foaming rage, the fury and rejections expressed furious and powerful voice, sometimes, in his insidious variability accompanies us with monotonous and soothing lullaby of the surf - it seems closer with its manifestations, not the rare volatility of our moods.
As for the word poetry is there to say that, among all other forms of communication, is the one that best represents the true human feelings. In essence and by nature it is deeply linked to the manifestation of the interior feel.
In ancient times sailors sometimes heard coming from the nearby banks of the 'irresistible song of the legendary Sirens and the verses seemed to them that arise miraculously from the sea:
"
Come here, celebrated Ulysses, honor / and pride of the Achaeans, stop by and listen / our sweet melody: None / past is never here, with his black / vessel without first listening to the singing / harmony issues from our lips: / then go away with more wisdom and joy
"(from Book XII of the 'Odyssey

version of Giovanna Bemporad).

are so many poets over the centuries that were able to draw inspiration from the sea star, exploring with their rhymes the mysterious connection between human affairs el'appalesarsi marine element. They are visions panic - Charles Baudelaire see a verse in front of Life - there are swollen waves of sky images that mix, so solemn and mystical, with the powerful chords of their music and the colors of the sunset reflected from his eyes. and Virgil' s Aeneid

are, our culture, the highest representatives of a poem that beautifully enhances the 'hero while hiking along the perilous sea.
Dante, in turn, donated to our language beautiful images on epigraphic subtle connections between the man and the sea: "
And as one who, with distressful breath / having escaped from sea to shore / water turns perilous and gazes, / so my mind, still a fugitive, / turn back to behold the pass / that never let a living person

"(Inferno 0.22 to 27);" I came into a place
mute of all light, / Which bellows as the sea does in a storm, / If by opposing winds is fought
"(Inferno V 0.28 to 30)," To run
better waters hoists its sail / henceforth the vessel of my genius, / That leaves behind itself a sea so cruel
"(Purgatorio I, 1-3);"
servile Italy, grief's hostelry / ship without a pilot in a mighty storm, / no woman Provinces, but brothel!
"(Purgatorio VI, 76-78). Among other valuable ways that should be commented or at least mentioned is to be remembered as those of known works
The Rime of the Ancient Mariner by Samuel Taylor Coleridge , The Drunken Boat by Arthur Rimbaud, Death by water
Thomas Stearns Eliot,
Cemetery marine Paul Valéry, Captain My Captain by Walt Whitman, now universally known thanks to the film Dead Poets Society
. These brief notes on the poetry of the sea and want to be a prerequisite of good wishes and conducive to Iomare , a book that begins in the most accomplished and skillful, strong and confident in the sign of literary maturity of its author. Already from the title given to the collection, Alessandra Palombo was evidently intended to underline the consistency and depth of its integration with the marine environment. She has had the good fortune to live in the Island of Elba her childhood, adolescence and youth in close contact with the transparent and iridescent waters around, being able to reflect his emotions, his joys and anxieties among the rocks , in coves and beaches of that sea in which they identify. The stylistic development of Iomare is not made only of lines. The writing runs through short poems, prose, epigraphs, dedications and quotations drawn by the press. The poetic discourse acquires a lightness and vivacity that make even more appreciated in its richness of form, appearance and content. Among the compositions together in the "First Sea" are to highlight those lines that evoke the season of childhood, an age happy in his ignorance: "The today radiates its light skin / still hot short hibernation , / the comb, the lava, the whole ara / drew her to him leaving a patch / to hide what she is preparing, / this falls / the pictures in the near future, / and she, raising its essence, goes off / to penetrate the weave of fate . In the next anthology entitled "In the Sea" is another proof of the large memory capacity of the author that, in a few lines, first in prose, then in verse, and then with un'acconcia citation, describes with masterly strokes his adolescence. " I've never seen the sea for the first time, a few days I rested on the waves. Since then we are together, your nose up, to scan the 'horizon, accompanied by winds in full uniform, white Llona of the quarry, the timing and the watery melancholy rain on the mirror of calm . "" He felt the girl, sitting on the leaf-green and jagged the fable / fantasy to escape with the family, / until the fireworks to fly / it explodes, / fast grabbing, shooting with feline / a bright flame / to illuminate and heat the antro Cable of her belly. "" Happy is he who, lost in love, does not know the sea, / and cares nothing for the night is falling on the waves
. (
Theognis, anthology of verse teognidea
1375-1376). "
Vessels that rolled at anchor, and the usual work of seamen, fishermen with the trammel net and lifeguard with the rake, the sea voyages to leave and return to the island, a crab that tests the rock to gain the beach, while impassive beneath the sea foam, are glimpses of life that emerge here and there in the text of the Third and Fourth Sea. Images, impressions and thoughts that are always liable to the sea, with that clump of algae, those foaming eddies, those depths and the salty, the waves, the calm, which perhaps can not escape: " resonant with the ship that was traveling in the dark. / With its all coming back
island. " softly, with a discretion that is the sign of a mold and a former training, glimmering in the verses of songs veined unspoken melancholy . .. detached themselves from her thoughts / that she came back, / clean by the waves, / under crystals
. "
... as moth gropes / a ray of light grasp, / never gave achieve / the invisible track / s, until the next segment / of light, store and / folded herself " ... vaginal sound / gem for anyone from a fruit / isolated land is acquired in nature.
" ... melancholy dirge / in extreme synthesis / island with my being. . The path
Iomare strictly autobiographical, now in its fifth destination, opens with a quote from Ada Negri, so relevant that the author makes his inevitable " You'll be building between the waves and beach / small - oh, a point! ... - In the middle indefinitely. " Hence a section of the volume in which they pursue the beautiful verses of our own, but it also gives a certain amount to some authors appreciated by Palombo: from Calvin presentecon a brilliant piece on the absolute priority of reading writers Maria Corti, Guidacci, Paolini and Giachery Murzi that preaches about poetry and its truth. "A bypass / threshold plant / welcome, without hesitation, / visions emerged / from unions words." In a poem of the sixth sea the author states:
"... the future recedes, / slips, slides, / Urchin retreats, / / seated on foam / suspended above the ground / I look lightens, / and you find
. " You get the feeling that no longer needs Alessandra Palombo remains suspended above the ground to wait for the future is expressed. She is a fine writer. Its future appears to be already present in the field of letters. The "woman of the island," the "woman of the sea" is really a "strange animal" - as defined in the beautiful poetry collection in the Seventh Sea. So far was the one that "extends beyond the channel his eyes / and then retracts
" but now it is time to go over the channel with the verses under his arm, and carry out the mysterious desire (which can be seen in a settlement to close the book) to become horizon, crossing the limits of the island and the ineffable spirit of the sea that surrounds it. " Coast disappears / the ship is at sea. / Seat stretched his legs, / I shake down the offer / the wind only the skin of the face. / And is there / between sea and sky, in the 'time when / mist joins the first rays / on' now where the 'horizon / is a reflection gradient that I belong to. / L' horizon is deep. / I am the 'horizon. / Nobody, not even my flesh, / could kidnap him and make it his own. " As you may have noticed is not intended to make a real critical analysis of the book, following in the opinion expressed by Valéry it's charms, that the poems would be read without any intermediary, leaving the reader with a great freedom similar to that which recognizes the listener Music.
